Cancellations or Changes to Bookings Requested by Organization

Payment for speaking engagements is required one week before the scheduled presentation date
After bookings are confirmed, organizations have up to one week before the presentation date to cancel or rebook the engagement. Any changes or cancellations less than one week from the engagement date will be refunded at 50% of the total cost of booking.
Exceptions: School closures due to inclement weather, other closures due to unforeseen events or technical challenges (ex. internet connection problems for Zoom engagements) may be rebooked at no charge

Cancellations or Changes to Bookings Made by Speaker (Mary Bertucci)

In the event that I need to reschedule or cancel a booking for an engagement due to illness, injury, or technical difficulties (ex. internet connection problems for a Zoom engagement), I will make every effort to do so as soon as possible
If the engagement can be rebooked, a suitable date can be agreed upon by the organization and speaker; a discount of 10% will be issued for the engagement
If parts of the engagement can be rebooked, a partial refund will be issued for the events that cannot be rescheduled; a 10% discount will be issued as well
If the whole engagement cannot be rebooked, a full refund will be issued.

The Teacher’s Resource Guide for A Powwow Story is non-refundable.
If you would like to see the complete guide before purchasing, please contact me for a free consultation on Zoom. You can view the guide prior to purchase to make sure it meets your organization’s needs.
Refund Exceptions: The guide is visibly damaged upon arrival, there are pages missing or there are issues with print quality (ex. smudged pages)
If the guide is damaged and a replacement is ordered, the damaged guide must be mailed back (standard mail shipped via Canada Post). The shipping charges will be refunded for the return and a replacement guide will be mailed out.
If the guide is damaged as noted above and will be returned, the Customer must contact Bertucci Education and Consulting within 48 hours upon receipt of the item and ship the damaged guide back within 2 weeks upon receipt. Please email [email protected] for shipping details and instructions.

Returns or Refunds for A Powwow Story

If your copy of A Powwow Story is damaged or you wish to return it, please do so through the company or bookstore you purchased the novel from (ex. Amazon, Chapters-Indigo, etc.) as I am not able to do returns or refunds on these purchases
